LISTEN: Royal Gentlemen - So Instrumental Volume 4 [Audio Spotlight] @prodbythegentleman

Willingboro, New Jersey producer Royal Gentlemen hits us with the latest project titled "So Instrumental Volume 4". The 12 track beat tape features a diverse assortment of instrumental pieces. We see good use of sample flips, breaks and change ups  throughout the project. I do however find this project is something that needs to be listened to multiple times to truly appreciate it's uniqueness. It really hits us with some abstract lo-fi arrangements and good music to chill to. This project is suited well for up and coming emcees looking for beats for their next project.

Bio: The Gentleman is a Hip Hop music producer and music marketing consultant, currently located in Willingboro, New Jersey. Working with artists from the ground up, he is hand-on in the process from producing their music to developing their brand and online identity. Also known as the Eastside King, he has always been inspired by creative production values and influenced by the impetus of artists and musicians who let nothing stand in the way of delivering their music to the fans. He believes that hip hop is an outlet with more potential influence than any other genre, and his passion for music is 24/7. Being part of the creative process is an honor that he embraces: from the moment a recording artist adds his production to their mixtapes, down to the sounds he chooses to manipulate, through to the evolution of his own instrumental mixtapes, like “kush and red kool-aid beats”. Every aspect plays a role in perfecting his technique throughout the creative process and onwards, right through to the marketing and digital distribution of the artists he works with. He has played beats for respected industry professionals like super producers Cardiak Flatline, Pop Wansel and Omen, and has also had headphones on A&R professionals Randall Rivers and Lisa Davis, fostering great relationships that open the doors to essential opportunities and the feedback he thrives on to hone his craft and keep the music flowing.
