The latest EP from Los Angeles-based rap artist Kartè - the street-styled "Khalifornia" proved to be another solid stepping stone for the emerging rapper. Featuring 8-tracks, the project serves as a prelude to his anticipated mixtape "The Dark Times Memoir" which is slated to drop in March.
