The organizers of the NXNE festival are being asked to drop Action Bronson from headlining the free event at Toronto's Dundas Square on June 21st. The City of Toronto and organizers have been served with over 3000 signatures asking for the New York rapper to be removed from the event due to misogynistic lyrics.

Event organizers have released an official statement in regards to the petition.

Action took to Twitter stating he was in fact banned from the event comparing himself to 2 Live Crew member Uncle Luke. This is after an official statement was released by NXNE. Will we actually be seeing Mr Wonderful perform or not? We will keep you posted.
