I'm really feeling the latest from Antwon. One Day definitely delivers a message and is highly relatable. The g-funk overtones laced with r&b jazzy layers and smooth rhymes really give this song that added flavour. This really reminds me of classic 90's West Coast hip hop.
Born and raised in Los Angeles Ca. Antwon has been in love with music since the days of his youth.Growing up listening to old soul and R&B records that his parents would play in the house everyday helped his love for music .Then one day his babysitter at the time played a record called "Eric B. is President".BOOM !! He was hooked on hip hop. Seeing many of his close friends go to jail or die in the streets he decided to pour his heart out on the pen and pad and he hasn't stopped since.
Antwon has been creating a social buzz over the last few years and won a Southern California Music Award in 2006 . His rhymes are filled with inspiration and hope that will certainly break the monotony of todays music.
