Immortal Technique was arrested after allegedly robbing and beating two t-shirt vendors outside his concert in Santa Ana, CA last night. The harlem born rapper who is currently on tour with Talib Kweli arrived at the venue just before 8pm when he noticed two men selling t-shirts with his trademarked logo.
The victims told police they were selling t-shirts with the rappers logo outside the “Observatory” when Immortal Technique(Felipe Andres Coronel) and his entourage of 10 - 12 people confronted them demanding money for the alleged sale of trademarked goods. The victims were allegedly beaten and robbed of shirts, cell phones and money.
Police did allow Immortal Technique to continue his show for the night, and later arrested the rapper after the event.

Immortal Technique and his manager Steven Alexander Mcdaniel were both arrested and posted $50,000 bail for their release Friday afternoon.
The current charges stemming from last night’s incident include “attempting to prevent or dissuade a victim in reporting a crime” and “suspicion of robbery”
